Overview
Present in Angola since 2004, RCS ANGOLA followed several of the developments in this market, translating itself today into a wide offer in the sector of information and communication technologies. The steady growth over these years was based on an objective: To provide Value Added Services to the Angolan market. It is in this context that, in 2009, RCS ANGOLA was the first company to develop “Managed Print Services” in the Angolan market, with a complete catalog of services for financing, maintenance, auditing and management of consumables and printing. Since then, RCS Angola's Helpdesk infrastructure has grown steadily, having reached in 2017 a total of 20 technicians specialized in this function, with a 24x7x365 service and assistance capacity.
Today RCS ANGOLA is understood as a multidisciplinary assistance services company, with a central Helpdesk structure, which coordinates several technical departments, with the objective of guaranteeing the quality of service and compliance with SLAs.
RCS ANGOLA started to expand its intervention area to other provinces in 2011, with the creation of the first agency in Lobito. This geographical extension aims to provide customers in the provinces with the same quality of service that they offer in the Luanda area. Today with 6 technical centers in Angola, RCS is providing quality assistance to customers with branches throughout the national territory, namely at bank branches, gas stations, supermarkets, insurance companies, etc.
Their technical centers act as autonomous entities capable of securing contracts with the most demanding national entities: banking network, network of service stations, supermarket chain, transporters, insurance companies, etc.
The ambition continues to provide a wide range of services to assist technologies and customers from all over the country.
