Revive is an independent community project, based in Salford, Greater Manchester. Established since 2002 by the the Spiritans (Congregation of the Holy Spirit) as a non-sectarian registered charity (227350). it provides free practical and integrated support to refugees and people seeking asylum. regardless of race. religion. gender. sexuality. disability. age or beliefs. Revive offers a specialist advocacy. advice and support services for refugees and people seeking asylum. especially for those with complex lives and multiple needs. Their team of qualified and registered social workers and immigration case workers provide on-going and sustained support to assist clients through the difficult challenges that exile and asylum in the UK can bring. Service users are offered detailed case work support and a network of other activities and supports that aims to move a person from crisis into self-help and self-advocacy. In partnership with British Red Cross. Refugee Action and Rainbow Haven. Revive has received part funding from the Big Lottery Fund for the next five years (2015 - 2020) to support works with Refugees and Asylum Seekers in Greater Manchester.
