ROMH is a proudly South African and management-owned organisation. An organisation formed by Africans for the World, a Civil Engineering company that embodies "engineering for the future". They are a team of Professional Engineers, Technical Specialists and Project Managers structured to provide specialised consulting and management services within the Engineering and the Built Environment.

Formalised in 2013, they were born out of the Engineering industry's need for a new offering with creative modern ideas, a new approach, and sustainable solutions. They are a Black Enterprise as defined in the SA Government's Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment legislation. In terms of South Africa's DTI, Built Environment Professional Construction Sector Codes, the company is an accredited BBBEE Level 1 Service Provider.
