Skoun was created in 2001 to provide drug dependence treatment and care, deliver tools to reduce drug-related harms and advocate for drug policy reform.

Mission

Skoun aims to help people with addiction problems claim their lives by providing a non-judgmental and caring environment of client-centered treatment and counseling. They deliver the tools and information necessary to reduce the harm caused by drug use and they advocate for drug policy change, increased public awareness, and education regarding addiction

Vision

Skoun is committed to bringing life, health, and hope to people who use drugs and their families through a sustainable treatment model for Lebanon and the Arab region. They strive to make addiction a mainstream healthcare issue and drug prevention an integrated component of education.
