Soliya combines best practices for constructive dialogue with innovative use of new media technologies to shift the way societies resolve their differences from a confrontational & coercive approach to one defined by cooperation & compassion. 

The Connect Program is the organization's flagship program that demonstrates the potential of virtual exchange. It is an online cross-cultural education program that has been implemented in over 100 universities in 28 countries across the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, Europe and North America since 2003.

Through Facilitation Training programs, graduate students, young professionals, and qualified Connect Program alumni develop and hone their technology, leadership, and facilitation skills through live, online training. They join an active global community of young leaders who play a critical role in ensuring the quality and relevance of our Connect Program.

Engagement programs support most active facilitators and alumni to directly apply their skills to tackle issues in their local communities. They convening diverse stakeholders forPublic Squares-- or constructive, solution-oriented, small-group dialogues on a selected pressing and often divisive challenge. The results and recommendations are then amplified out to broader communities and up to relevant leaders.
