Space4us is a peer-support program for 13-18 year-olds who live with — or have significant contact with — a parent and/or family member who has a mental illness. 

Space4Us gives these young people an opportunity to share their experiences and receive support from other young people in similar situations.

Space4Us aims to support young people as they deal with the common challenges relating to their caring role and to mental illness.

They foster resilience by offering peer support, providing leadership opportunities, and building knowledge.
