The Sparkle Appeal has led the building of a purpose built children's centre, Serennu, to provide state of the art treatment and assessment facilities, information, and leisure activities for children with complex and special needs in South Gwent.
They aim to have all those providing care for the children, health, social services, education and voluntary sector, all working here together. Through the generosity of the supporters and donors they were delighted to welcome the first children and families in April 2011.
