Tanzania Gatsby Trust (TGT) is registered as a charitable Trust in Tanzania since 1992 under the Trustees’ Incorporation Ordinance, Cap 375. The Trust is registered both in Tanzania Mainland and in Zanzibar. TGT is a leading catalyst for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and farmer development through innovations that make markets work for the poor. The overall aim is wealth creation through supporting creation and growth of innovative Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs). TGT’s programme activities aim at empowering vulnerable groups and SMEs with entrepreneurial skills and opportunities within a variety of value chains.
