It rehabilitates the CAMEP drinking water reservoirs supplying the city of Port-au-Prince, builds the ED'H headquarters, the Carrefour power plant and the substations controlling the electricity distribution network Of Port-au-Prince.
From 1987 to 1995, TECINA, SA was a company promoting urban development. It acquired an area of 50 hectares that has been modernly subdivided with wide roads, paved and grassed sidewalks, a storm drainage system, a drinking water distribution system, Common spaces. Thus BELVIL was born the residential area which still today, in 2012, remains a reference in residential development in Port-au-Prince. The lack of a framework law on residential condominium development slowed down the momentum with the development of the BELVIL neighborhood. At the same time it was the builder of most industrial buildings of the Industrial Park of SONAPI in Port-au-Prince.
In the road sector, mention should be made of the Rehabilitation of the Route de Jacmel and the construction of the Carrefour road by the Rails, in consortium with the firm Vorbe et Fils.
The last important work carried out by TECINA, SA is the re-profiling and widening of the bed of the River La Quinte, which flooded the City of Gonaives in 2004 and 2008 and caused immense human and material damage. In the same period, it carried out drainage works in the city of Gonaïves and in Saint-Marc.
