The Group, actively operating worldwide, designs and manufactures its products relying on a skilled and experienced team of engineers and technicians, daily committed to provide a prompt pre and post sales service, as well as technical assistance also on site.
TESI was founded in 1981 by engineer A. Zubiani as a manufacturer of accessories, joints, terminations (made in plastic insulating heat-shrinkable material) and identification systems for electrical cables used in railway and electrical energy distribution fields.
In 1986 TESI becomes partner and exclusive distributor in Italy for Canusa CPS, manufacturer ofheat shrinkable tubing for corrosion protection of metal pipes.
Over the years the company undertakes several strategic acquisitions that enabled the expansion and rise also in the ignition devices sector and pipeline induction heat treatment.
In 1995, indeed, TESI acquires ELTER and IRTI groups, manufacturers of ignition devices for industrial burners and related accessories, and in 2000 SIRIM, a company designing and manufacturing induction heating, coating and heat treatment equipment for pipelines.
The company’s growth leads to the establishment, in 2007, of TESIGROUP LLC headquartered in Houston, in order to better meet U.S. market needs. Furthermore, in 2010 DAEMAR Heating Technology Co. Ltd, headquartered in Beijing, is founded with the aim to expand into Chinese market.
