The Addis Clinic is named for the capital city of Ethiopia, the seat of the African Union, and the final resting place of the earliest known humans. In the service of humankind, they seek to improve the health of vulnerable populations living in Africa and other parts of the developing world.
The Addis Clinic began in partnership with the Ethiopia ACT program and has expanded to include countries throughout Africa from Cameroon to Kenya. Hundreds of volunteer physicians connect with frontline health workers in the developing world in order to care for patients who are too poor and too sick to afford physician care.
