TMS was founded by Mr. Nayana N. Mawilmada with the vision of meeting the demand for high quality consulting services for both private and public sector clients in the Asian Region.  As such, TMS was formed to represent a pool of truly exceptional consultants of international caliber, based primarily in Sri Lanka.  

Incorporated as a Private Limited Liability Company under the Companies Act of Sri Lanka, TMSC undertakes consulting assignments throughout Asia.
