It also offers bespoke on-site workshops for groups based on the client's requirements – it understands that it may be more important for the teams to understand the way you run projects in the organisation instead of gaining an accreditation. Or it could be a mix of both.

As well as any type of Project Management training it also offers a skills assessment tool which identifies the gaps within your teams so the client can target the areas that need the support most and choose the most appropriate training route for individuals.
