Trimaran is a digital studio specialized in computer graphics animation (CGI & 3D), visual effects (VFX) for films, movies & series for television, and digital contents. With great innovations for live realtime graphics on air for News and Sports at TV.

For visual effects and animation / postproduction, their customers are movie production companies, broadcasters and agencies. They are specialized on visual effects for tv series and tv movies. Working with a lot of artists and talents to build the best team each time for their projects. With their production platform, renderfarm and servers, they are able to manage the workflow of several hundreds of VFX shots on each movie, including, restore, matte painting, mask, compositing, cg modelling, animation, lighting, rendering and color grading.

They are still looking the best artistic and technical profiles for their projects, trying to do their best for their customers (producers and directors).

They have also their own real time rendering systems (Shoot3D) for live broadcasted graphics. For example, with Shoot3D, they are able to manage for France Television all Election evenings with more than 100 systems installed in all national and regional antennas (France 2, France 3, France O).

They work also for tv & sports organizers to produce motion graphics, opening sequences, and live graphics during the events. For example, they work for the Tour de France (ASO) and the WRC-Rallye de France / Alsace (Canal+).

Trimaran released a great innovation last year with the Virtual Timing System from GeoRacing, using GPS data to do the live timing of the Rallye de France / Alsace. It was a great success during the 4 days of the Rallye in Strasbourg.
