I am an educational professional with over a decade and half experience of planning, designing, implementing and monitoring formal, non-formal and emergency education programmes in Pakistan and Afghanistan. While working in education sector over the years I have developed expertise in teacher training, capacity building of stakeholders, curriculum development, assessment, cash transfers, whole school improvement, monitoring and research. I have also successful track record of working with ministries of education, teacher training institutions, textbook boards and examination boards. The formal and non-formal education programmes and activities I have managed are Community Based Education (CBE), Early Childhood Education (ECE), Accelerated Learning Programmes (ALPs), Inclusive Education, catch-up classes for girls, stipend programmes, cash transfer programmes for adolescent girls, school meals programme, apprenticeship programme for girls, and adult literacy programmes. I am skilful in overall programme management, budget management, team management, gender mainstreaming, advocacy, coordination and compliance. In addition, I have good interpersonal, report writing, community mobilization, M&E and public speaking skills.
