I possess a comprehensive skill set that includes formulating Theories of Change, developing Logical and Results-Based Frameworks, establishing robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems, conducting Outcome Harvesting, and delivering MEAL training workshops. My expertise also encompasses conducting Training Needs Assessments and producing instructional videos to enhance capacity-building initiatives. My professional background spans diverse areas, such as educational and health project management and evaluation, report writing and presentation, critical analysis, framework design, and organizational skills. I have a strong foundation in statistics and research analysis, team development and training, organizational capacity assessment, and the creation of tools that effectively integrate gender considerations. I also have a thorough understanding of critical domains such as livelihoods, food security, nutrition, peacebuilding, and gender mainstreaming. I am particularly passionate about developing systems and processes that facilitate the collection of meaningful data to demonstrate impact while aligning with organizational capacity and resources.
