An Educational Consultant and Mentorship & Soft Skills Development Leadership trainer with over a decade of expertise in teaching, curriculum development and student mentorship. My focus is on creating relevant inclusive, engaging and collaborative educational experiences that cater to diverse learner backgrounds. My academic foundation lies in Child Development with further studies in Family and Consumer Sciences Education, Cultural Studies in Education, Global -Multi Cultural Education and minors in Rural Sociology and Women Studies. My work primarily delves into the intersection of culture and education. I have a keen interest in how cultural frameworks can be leveraged to contextualize learning tools and promote inclusive, equitable educational practices. Key areas of research interests include educational equity, socio cultural issues in education, global multicultural education and education and community development. Centrally concerned with influencing the current academic discourse and teaching frameworks, aiming to reshape the narrative and better serve education systems in local contexts. Having taught in various cross- cultural educational settings, possess a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by teachers and leaners in sustaining educational development. I am passionate about equipping students to become critical thinkers, lifelong learners and active change agents in their communities.
