I have Over 13 years of working experience and conceptual knowledge/technical expertise in areas such as Governance and Peacebuilding (local governance, conflict transformation & stabilization,) Security Sector Reform & Development, GESI, and Community engagement. I have Strong experience in designing and managing Local and community based governance and Peacebuilding programs. I have a Strong background in financial and program management, budget development and monitoring. In addition, I have an in-depth knowledge and expertise in managing different stages of program cycles starting from the planning to the implementation and monitoring (Quality Assurance) to the evaluation and closing. Having worked with different organizations in Africa, I have acquired strong experience liaising with different government institutions/ministries and implementing partners and Consortiums. I am also familiar with the Donor dynamics and platforms in the Peacebuilding Sector.
