I am an expert in building the relationships needed between all parties to make programs successful, sustainable, and replicable, particularly in complex operating environments and multi-cultural contexts. I guide teams with empathy and know that life, work, and people are not perfect, so my vision is for all of us to move forward and upwards together in an authentic and open way. My goal is to contribute to quality programs where impact is real and can be measured. I am excited about creating individual and whole team training programs in order to help colleagues upskill through dynamic courses and mentoring. My background is education, staff training, youth, GESI, and MEL.
