I am economist with over 20 years experiences in projects and programs management in sub Saharan Africa focus in the area of employment, social protection and vocational training. I also have a Master Degree in economics, management with specialization in training and employment engineering from the University of Toulouse 1, France. I have previously served in UNDP, working closely with the Ministry of Plan (Central African Republic) to the formulation and implementation of the National Strategy of Poverty Reduction (2007-2009).Before I joined UNDP, I has served as Director of Employment, Promotion and Professional Integration in the Ministry of Youth and Employment (Burkina Faso), to coordinate the process of the formulation of the National Employment Policy with the cooperation of the ILO, the World Bank and the UNDP. With the Regional Bureau of UNDP in Dakar (2009-2010), I brought relevant technical supports to 12 countries in sub Saharan Africa in the field of employment.
