10+ years of experience in Procurement, contracting, Finance, Admin and Logistics supported by a BA degree in Accounting and Finance and a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in International Business. My previous experiences include but not limited to being the Regional Contract and Compliance Manager for the UK cross-governmental funded Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), Department for International Development (DFID) & UK Defence Ministry (MOD) aid programme, Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF), for Eastern Africa. Furthermore, I have also worked in different positions with in the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) Ethiopia as a Graduate Trainee in the Finance Section, Admin, Finance and Logistics Officer and later as the Procurement and Contract Officer for the well recognized on different projects implemented throughout Ethiopia. Meanwhile my competences include being a team player, performing my day to day roles with the utmost enthusiasm & determination to achieving set objectives, self-driven, ablility to work under pressure and in stressful situations and challenging working conditions, proactive in finding or adapting new ways of workings to secure the bigger picture, excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
