Corporate director and team leader in international development advisory Adam is a senior leader in public-sector consulting, development planning and technical advisory. At the UK Parliament, BCG, ASI, PwC and now as an independent consultant, he has designed and delivered major development programmes, with a focus on infrastructure, cities, sustainability and investment. As the director of the Infrastructure and Cities for Economic Development (ICED) facility, he was behind the design of over £500m of the UK Government’s new interventions. He has demonstrated commercial leadership of £100m+ consulting portfolios, won £100m of new business, and directorship of successive A+ development programmes.
