Over 20 years of experience in International Development and Community Engagement Programs Program/Project Management - Successfully managed a range of different programs and projects of different scales in close consultation with government institutions - national and sub-national-other stakeholders and community groups. Adept to preparing briefs, short analysis, reviews and needs assessment exercises. Experienced in preparing high quality documents using clear, concise and unequivocal language and terminology suited to a range of audiences. Training and Assessment - Well-versed and experienced in developing training modules for different target groups, facilitating learning activities and measuring knowledge and institutional changes. Vast relevant expertise accumulated as a certified trainer in international development, university tutor which was further endorsed through attainment of a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from Canberra Institute of Technology, Australia. Risk Control and Accountability - Comprehensive level of understanding of contractual and financial management, reporting and evaluation processes applied by the international development institutions and donors. This has also included aspects of procurement, compliance and audit. Hands-on experience in managing the risks of a large bilateral aid program such as that of Australian Government in Indonesia.
