I have over 20 years of experience in financial (government and private) / project management, corporate governance, risk management, controllership and financial reporting (both in government and private / publicly listed companies), process mapping/improvements, internal audit and risk-based audit with international development companies (i.e. Abt Associates, Coffey International, and World Bank) and multinational companies, either as an adviser/consultant or permanent staff. Country experience: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Timor-Leste, Eswatini (Swaziland), Papua New Guinea and the Philippines as a financial adviser in decentralization (of finance functions and local government structures), public financial management (PFM), risk management / PFM assessment, institutional strengthening and capacity-building.
