I am a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) with over 20 years of multi-country consultancy experience in costing of health services, tracking of health resources, interventions and health plans, cost benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis, value for money assessments, developing health sector strategies, developing costing tools and capacity building in the field of costing and cost-effectiveness analysis in the field of health sector and technical assistance for Public Financial Management in health sector. I have also advised several governments in South Asia, Central Asia and South America on issues related to Health economics and financing of the health sector and cost-effectiveness of different health initiatives and interventions. I have led numerous assignments related to costing of health plans, health interventions, health economic evaluations, developing PFM improvement roadmaps and diagnosis, supporting countries in implementation of health-related risk mitigation plans.
