Akli OURAD has over 32 years of experience in assisting road organisations across the world in the management of their road networks. His experience involved setting road sector policies, developing and implementing road asset management systems, use, calibration and training on HDM-4, definition of long and medium term financial requirements, implementation of new road maintenance organisational models; development and definition of long term programming of capital works; and optimisation of road sector transport programmes.
