I have 17 years of practice in banking sector, mainly working as a specialist in inclusive finance focusing capacity building of MSME in transitional economies and developing countries. My joint experience is long years in a transitional banking sector in Albania working with Micro and small enterprises, while recently in Mozambique, working exclusively in Northern region Nampula with part of population who doesn't have access to very basic formal financial services but engage themselves in ASCA/ROSCA societies During my work as a field MSME officer and later on in team management positions in lending activities, I dealt with full management off credit cycle; financial on business analyses; client relationship management; quality portfolio management while managing more than 30 branch lending operation staff. In Mozambique I have experienced managing a project of settling the base of a first vocational training center in inclusive finance working to developing and delivering programs on financial literacy for communities of women and basic training for young specialist of micro finance bank. Through my experience in capacity building, I have headed projects involving intensive training for more than 1000 employees. As an academy student in Germany, myself I undergo a very specific vocational training methodology designed specifically for financial inclusive practitioners.
