Aleem has a decade of experience in economic development, IT, and training, enabling him to understand industry dynamics and youth capacity development well. In his current role, he advocates skills development and training policies at national and provincial levels, partnering with the private sector to lead capacity development initiatives. He has conducted research projects, including skills gap analysis, salary surveys, and industry assessments. At UN Women he designed a training program for Women in KP and Punjab for their digital enabling and empowerment through IT. At USAID SMEA, he focused on capacity development and business growth for women-led businesses. At VTT Global, he led research and M&E projects with organizations like the World Bank, DFID, and Adam Smith. Aleem has a comprehensive perspective, combining experiences from the development sector, IT, private training institutions, academia, and government.
