Summary

Lynn is a Haitian consultant with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Centre de Techniques de Planification et d'Économie Appliquée in Port-au-Prince. She is also certified in gender issues, including training in gender capacity building and rapid gender analysis. She has significant experience in training and organizational support, particularly on gender issues, acquired through projects conducted for various clients. Furthermore, she has accompanied civil society organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce of Women Entrepreneurs of Haiti in Jérémie and NGO type organizations such as GRET and consulting firms such as the Institute of Training and Services (IFOS). She also has a good understanding of local development approaches, animation and community participation techniques and citizen education, which she will be able to put to good use in this mandate. She recently collaborated on a feasibility study of a gender program for the French Development Agency (AFD) with Insuco Haiti, which also addressed the theme of citizen participation.
