I am a senior development professional with 21 years’ experience in leadership, management and technical roles in development and humanitarian programs in Malawi, Nigeria, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, and India. I have extensive experience in CLA, monitoring, evaluation and learning, and strategic planning. I have deep USAID program cycle knowledge and experience. I have led and have been part of several evaluations, studies and assessments in the humanitarian, labor, development, education, and environment sectors. I have in-depth evaluation design and research skills. I hold a Master’s degree in development studies and a BSc Hons degree in agricultural economics. I have professional training in CLA, M&E, and project management. I am versatile and have worked in various sectors including economic growth, agriculture, environment, humanitarian assistance, governance & health. I have good interpersonal and communication skills. I have extensive experience deploying in remote locations and building capacity of local teams.
