During past more than 18 years, I have been directly engaged in project management, analytical work, economic research, policy analysis/advice, data collection, communications, partnerships building, monitoring and evaluation, business development and etc. activities in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS, in different United Nations Agencies, International projects, government agencies and private companies. I have solid work experience in managing multi-country and multi-stakeholder programs and projects, such as, Central Asia Regional Risk Assessment, Sustainable HIV Financing in South-Eastern Europe and CIS, Capacity building for SME Development in Uzbekistan, and in direct work with Government Ministries and Organizations on building partnerships, joint project and program implementation, coordination of activities and leading communications/negotiations, managing and providing, advisory services, organizing capacity building trainings for government officials and private sector representatives, implementing communication and visibility plans of the projects, etc. I have very strong project management, research and analytical skills and practical in-depth knowledge on Uzbekistan and CIS countries and possess fluent English, Uzbek and Russian language skills.
