Agribusiness and value chain upgrading, micro enterprise creation and development, farmer entrepreneurship, livelihoods, institutional strengthening, policy review, strategic planning, social and market research, advisory services, projects monitoring and evaluation are some of the key areas where he has successfully demonstrated his skills and knowledge. Mr. Thing is very experienced in projects management and has an extensive track record of successes in establishing partnerships with government, non-government and private sector organizations, value chain actors, investors, financial service providers and knowledge institutions. He is a challenge bearer, result insurer, team builder and well-organized person. He has experience of working with multi-stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams of national and international experts.
