• Possess Masters’ in Public Health (MPH), Sociology (MA), International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid (MA), and certified in Project Management to Development Professionals (PM Pro). • Over 18+ years’ progressive experience in Reproductive, Maternal, New-born, Child, Adolescent, Youth Health and Nutrition programs (RMNCAYH-Nut, CMAM, IYCF, ENA/CBN, ICCM/CBNC, WASH, BEMONC) in various capacity in development and humanitarian contexts with knowledge of Humanitarian and Sphere Minimum Standards. • Extensive experience in program design/development, planning and representation; policy analysis, engagement and advocacy; quality programing and effectiveness; technical support in HN system strengthening and improve universal health coverage to respond to health policy and SDGs. • Solid program, people, and budget management skill in line with NGO & donor regulations; excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and technical skill in project management. Track record for consistently meeting goals and delivering a high level of job performance with knowledge of local dynamics; well-organized, self-motivated, result oriented person with ability to rapidly learn new tasks, and work independently and as a team member, with commitment to excellence.
