Ambassador Eniola Cole is the President and Founder of The Billaeon Group and UN ECOSOC Youth Ambassador who has been making waves in the global community with her innovative ideas and passion for creating positive change. With a strong academic background and extensive experience in international relations, leadership, and business adminstration, she has established herself as a respected voice in her field. Ambassador Cole holds a Doctor of Business Administration(DBA) degree from Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (ACLAS), a prestigious institution renowned for its rigorous academic programs. She is also a cerfied alumna of the Harvard University’s Professional and Executive Development Program, where she honed her leadership skills and gained valuable insights on AI for business leaders. She also read Economics and International Business at the International Business Management Institute, Germany and holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and the Media from University of Essex, Colchester, UK, where she developed a deep understanding of the complexities between politics, media, and international relations. Ambassador Cole is dedicated to promoting sustainable development, social justice, and human rights around the world. She is also the President and Founding Director of NESSACTION, a front-lining nonprofit organization that is making tangible impact in communies globally. Furthermore, she serves as the CEO of Xporterpro, a dynamic company with over 600 distributors globally, where she leverages her business acumen and leadership skills to drive growth and innovation. Ambassador Cole is also a prolific author, having penned notable works such as the “AI in Entrepreneurship” book series, “Leadership in Action” and the “Faith in Action” book series. Her writings have resonated with audiences worldwide, offering insights into leadership, entrepreneurship, faith, and personal growth. These books have been approved for general readership in universities and colleges across the globe. Through her initiatives, Ambassador Cole continues to inspire and empower young women and men in leadership, entrepreneurship and mentorship including the “YourVoteMatters” project that supported over 47,000 youth on voter registration ahead of the 2023 general elections and the “Raising Young Women” project that supported over 1,000 young women with civic leadership and entrepreneurship skills.
