Dr. Osman is an economist and finance expert with over 12 years of experience in project management, public financial management (PFM), economic analysis and entrepreneurship ecosystem development, with public sector and donor-funded project coordination in Ghana and Sub-Saharan Africa. He has proven expertise in managing multi-stakeholder projects, capacity building for entrepreneurs, and facilitating regulatory reforms to improve the private sector and support green and digital transitions. He has demonstrated success working with international partners such as the World Bank, USAID, FCDO, GIZ, UNICEF, and EU-funded programs. Dr. Osman is highly skilled in project planning, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, and team leadership within multicultural environments.
