I have 13 years of progressive experience in planning, developing and managing construction projects in Nepal. I have worked in project development, for local and international contractors and for owners on the construction of hydroelectric and solar electric facilities (10 MW to 456 MW capacity), and river diversion. I spent most of this time on heavy construction job sites and civil construction and infrastructure management. In recent assignments, I am serving as a Principal Engineer, where I am responsible for identifying and advancing a diverse portfolio of hydropower & dam projects, along with solar energy and construction initiatives ranging from 10 MW to 420 MW capacity.
