Emilio has 30+ years of experience in the ICT, BPR, e-Health, e-Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity and Digital Economy sectors. He has been previously working in projects funded by International Organisations such as the European Union, United Nations, World Bank, USAID and GIZ with assignments in transition and developing countries in the Western Balkans, Caribbean Caucasus, East Europe, Middle East, South Africa, South America and South-East Asia, including fragile environments. He has been Project Manager of large International ICT projects targeting different sectors, in particular dealing with the implementation of e-Services in public administrations. He is member of the Italian Industry Executive Association, the IEEE Computer Society and the Association for Computing Machinery. He holds an MSc in Physics and speaks English, Italian and French.
