With an experience of over 20 years in the European Union (EU) public sector, I particularly enjoy facilitating international events, as well as supporting team building and cooperation of multi-country stakeholders. EU project management is one of my key specialisation areas. I have a strong background in managing EU Cohesion Policy, in particular Interreg programmes. Lately, I have been managing projects for the Union for the Mediterranean and for several Interreg programmes. The assignments referred to stakeholder involvement, capacity building, facilitation, analysis and capitalisation of good practice, elaboration of interreg-ERDF programmes, among other.
