Ms. Camoens has over 20 years of significant project management and leadership experience – including in challenging environments. She has served as Chief of Party (CoP)/Acting CoP or Deputy Chief of Party in: Afghanistan, Iraq (twice), Indonesia, Haiti, Nigeria, Zambia, Paraguay, Botswana, and Bangladesh. She has more than 15 years of senior leadership experience and has worked on approximately 36 USAID projects.
