Angela is an experienced strategist, writer and researcher with knowledge management expertise, who uses change management, communications, project management, assessment and reporting to solve challenges in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Angela conducted detailed information and knowledge assessments, led learning activities, integrated automation and streamlining into USAID operations, created hundreds of guidance materials and used them to train staff; and coordinated multiple agencywide coalitions to enhance information and knowledge sharing across the entire agency. She contributed to the development of USAID’s first Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning (KMOL) policy, and co-wrote a technical manual for international development professionals called the Guide for Building and Strengthening Organizational Knowledge Management Capacity.
