I have 15 years of professional work experience in PNG with donors (ADB, DFAT and EU) and aid managing contractors (Particip GmBH, GHD Australia, SMEC, URS/AECOM and Coffey). I am detailed oriented, with strong skills and expertise in Reviewing and developing Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) policies/ strategies; Research interviews and primary data collection; Developing and implementing Monitoring, Reporting, Learning and Evaluation plans; ensuring donor M&E standards and guidance notes are complied with; and ensuring GEDSI requirements are embedded into M&E plans and reporting so decisions made are evidence based.
