Ms. Baldridge is a health finance and Innovative finance expert. She has over 10 years of experience in international development working in Africa and Central Asia. Currently she is part of the Health governance group at DAI global health focusing on the public finance elements of a new approach to health governance. She has experience working on with many donors ad country governments on private sector engagement, domestic revenue mobilization and health governance. She also has experience in lab strengthening, health records and health IT.
