• Certified investment and strategy professional with over 20 years of experience, contributing to developing large-scale high-impact private investments (including PPP) worth over US$ 20 billion from concept to commissioning through structuring, technical optimization, innovative financing, and co-investing with consultation with key stakeholders across several sectors in Africa and India. The primary focus is on the industrial, energy, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, education, financial services, and agriculture sectors. • Specialization includes origination of the public and private sector investment opportunities through dialogue with key stakeholders, risk assessment & mitigation, unbundling the project to provide the innovative financing and co-investment solutions to crow-in other investors in consultation with stakeholders (sponsor, authorize agencies, development partners, DFIs etc) and managing the economically and financially feasible pipeline (mezzanine, equity, debt, and credit enhancement instruments) with a robust focus on national priorities, credit quality, ESG and development impact; • Managing sound networking with key stakeholders includes: i) Sponsors (private sector, fund managers, government agencies), ii) Regulators or agencies (policymakers, investment promotional agencies), iii) Intermediaries (consulting firm, intermediaries, investment banks, placement agencies), iv) Investors (limited partners, development partners, multilateral agencies/global financial institutions, development financial institutions, regional & international commercial investors). • Actively participating at Africa focused international investment forums (AIF, SuperReturn Africa, SuperReturn Emerging market, Africa Venture Capital Association, annual public meetings of development banks, healthcare and infra focused events organized by development partners). Previously, as private sector expert, attended the World Economic Forum from 2013 to 2016 for Africa and Davos chapter.
