I am an Agronomist and a post-conflict recovery and development practitioner, with a solid background in Environment, Natural Resource Management, Project Management and Recovery Coordination through nine years professional experience with UNDP Sri Lanka and 22 years of work experience with Department of Agriculture, Sri Lanka in Agriculture Training and extension field.
I have implemented projects on livelihood recovery through effective micro finance management and sustainable market linkages. I have positive and constructive attitude, and have demonstrated ability to lead strategically managed complex projects, mobilize resources, and build relationships in challenging environments.
