Lilia Tverdun is an international development senior manager and adviser with 25 years of direct experience in institutional capacity building, inclusive economic growth, governance, public finance management, SMEs support and coaching, impact investment, policy dialogue and reform, gender advisory services, social and health services, land reform and land rights. Proven record in managing programmes on social inclusion and economic growth through impact investments. Well-versed in various aspects of policy and organizational development, research and evaluation, capacity building, strategic partnership and stakeholder engagement. Skilled facilitator and trainer. Proved record of leading various key policy initiatives and pioneering policy analysis working groups for evidence-impact research.
