Holds a Master’s Degree in Social Science (International Development) obtained from RMIT University in Melbourne in 2014. Over a decade in programme management, monitoring and evaluation in Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Nauru. I have extensive experience in coordination, engagement and partnership with multiple stakeholders ranging from government, donors, development partners, CSOs/NGOs included churches. Has sufficient skills and experience in negotiation skills, verbal and written communication skills. Specific sector experience in Women and Leadership, peace and security, and EVAW. Sound experience and understanding of the UN systems from programmatic to operations processes. Have worked within multicultural settings, resource limited, politically sensitive, insecure and changeable circumstances which have required me to maintain effective team building efforts, flexibility, resilient and positive approach within highly stressful situations. I am a highly organized individual with comprehensive leadership, programme management and monitoring and evaluation experience and skills that allows me to ensure the efficiency of my programme oversight and delivery.
