Extensive professional experience in conducting assignments for WHO, World Bank, UNDP, Global Fund PRs, UNICEF, UNFPA, non-governmental sector foundations and organizations in countries of Eastern Europe, West Asia, Central Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Proven experience in managing large scale programs in the health sector at both MoH level and in the non-governmental sector. Possess extensive professional experience in representational work, as well as employment in Senior positions in public health, held the position of Director of the General Department for Strategic Planning and Development at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova. Experience in teaching at School of Management in Public Health, led and took senior roles in research projects and consortia. Fluent in English and Russian, with intermediate level in French.
