Currently am working as a Coordinator with Mother2Mothers on an Elizabeth Grazer Pediatric Foundation funded program of which my roles involve; reviewing linkage within 16 health facilities whilst ensuring that all HIV tested clients are properly linked to care, monitor daily updates of patients attendance register, ensure that mastercards for clients are updated at each facility, data collection, analysis, interpretation and submitting to the M&E manager.
