Grounded in international human rights law and the Sustainable Development Goals, I have led campaigns, shaped policies and best practices, and held governments and businesses accountable for human rights breaches. Key achievements include influencing the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (child trafficking protections and corporate responsibility), contributing to due diligence guidance on child labour in supply chains, Expert witness to the UK's independent inquiry into sexual abuse of children in UK and overseas and extraterritorial responsibilities, Developed and delivered training on rights of economic and their children, successfully campaigning for the UK’s first National Minimum Wage Act and inclusive social protection systems.
