I am a senior Management Professional with twenty-five years of professional experience in the Development sector. Currently, I am working with National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) as National Resource Person (NRP) in the domains of Farm Livelihoods and KMC (Knowledge Management & Communication) I have chosen this Development sector as my career choice since 1995. I have worked at grassroots implementation; played intermediary support role; capacity building and facilitating development programmes at the organizational and national level in some of the renowned development organizations like PRADAN, TechnoServe, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India) and Coastal Salinity Prevention Cell (CSPC). I am responsible for facilitating and coordinating INRM based Climate Resilient Livelihood solutions through multiple projects by integrating Agriculture and Livestock across operational areas in India.
